Check how many of these are true for you:
☐ You work out, and somehow you're still sore three days later.
☐ You hit 3PM and it's non-stop yawning, no matter how much you slept.
☐ Your calf randomly cramps in the middle of a workout — or in the middle of nothing at all.
☐ You're tired even on days you barely did anything.
☐ You've assumed all of the above are unrelated... bad sleep, bad diet, bad luck, or just getting older.
If you checked two or more, here's what you didn't know: they're not separate problems. They have one common cause.
Sore for days, cramped for no reason, wiped out by 3pm — I genuinely thought these were three different issues I needed three different fixes for. Turns out it was one thing the whole time.
I checked four out of five on that list and felt a little called out, honestly. Two weeks on these and I'm down to zero.
Is this just for athletes or does it help with the regular tired-all-the-time thing too?
Not an athlete here at all — mostly just a desk job and errands. Helped anyway.
Didn't expect a gummy to explain why I was cramping at my desk AND at the gym. Same cause, apparently. Wish someone had told me sooner.
The 3pm crash was the one that got me to actually try these. Didn't expect the cramping I get on weekend hikes to improve too, since I wasn't even thinking about it as the same problem.
I'd tried fixing my energy, my soreness, and my cramping separately for over a year — different supplements, different routines. Never occurred to me it was one gap the whole time.
Checked every box on that list before I even ordered. Genuinely didn't expect all of them to improve together, figured I'd need to address them one at a time.
